Aryian Farahani, P.Eng
Director & Senior Transportation Engineer

Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Aryian has been a part of the Saskatchewan roadbuilding community since 2008. What began as summer job as a teenager working as an on-site technician on highway projects, has turned into a lifelong career and passion for Roadbuilding & Transportation Engineering. Aryian continues to be actively involved in client projects as well as the day-to-day business operations and development.
Stephen Schneider, P.Eng
Director & Senior Transportation Engineer
(B.A.Sc.) Environmental Systems Engineering, University of Regina
Stephen has ten years of experience in transportation engineering, focusing on roadway geometric design and pavement design. His background includes a diverse range of project types and scales spanning from functional planning of future interchanges and preliminary design of highway corridor improvement programs to detailed design of pavement rehabilitation projects and low volume road upgrades. He looks forward to continuing to contribute to a thriving roadbuilding industry in Saskatchewan for many years to come.
Nathan Ruecker, P.Eng
Director & Senior Transportation Engineer
(B.Eng) Civil Engineering, University of Saskatchewan
Nathan has spent his entire career building infrastructure across Western Canada. For over a decade, his focus has been executing planning, design, and construction projects throughout Saskatchewan’s expansive roadway network. In his role as a Senior Transportation Engineer, Nathan is driven by providing high quality and innovative solutions to clients across the prairies. Caitlin Baumgartner
Administrative Director

Cait has worked within different sectors of the construction industry as administrative support since 2010. This lead her to the Roadbuilding & Transportation Engineering sector two years ago. Cait is involved in the day to day operations of the company providing support to co-workers. Regina born and raised, Cait is a prairie girl through and through who jumped at the opportunity to be apart of a local business.
Kevin McNichol, P.Eng
Senior Transportation Engineer
(B.A.Sc.) Environmental Systems Engineering, University of Regina
Kevin grew up in Keewatin, Ontario, though his roots in Saskatchewan date back over 100 years. Kevin made Saskatchewan his home in 2007, making his Grandfather proud, and has worked in the Roadbuilding industry since 2011 in various capacities. Kevin enjoys project management and continues to build his technical expertise through the management of multiple design and construction projects.
Travis Inglis, P.Eng
Transportation Engineer
(B. Eng) Civil Engineering, University of Saskatchewan
Travis has worked in the Heavy Construction industry in Saskatchewan since 2014. Over this time, he has overseen and supervised multiple grading, surfacing, and paving projects throughout the province. Currently, Travis works as a Project Engineer, with a focus on contract administration, construction management and site supervision.
Ryan Antunes, P.Eng
Transportation Engineer
(B.Eng) Civil Engineering University of Saskatchewan
Born in Saskatoon and spending a lot of time in Regina throughout his life, Ryan began his roadbuilding career as a summer student in 2011 working on site for Ministry of Highways projects. Ryan has since worked in various roles throughout his career since graduating in 2015 including on-site specialized testing, construction administration, highway design, and project management. More recently, Ryan has shifted his focus to civil roadway design.
TJ Reeve
Transportation Technologist & Surveyor
(Diploma) Environmental Engineering Technology, Saskpolytech
Raised in Saskatchewan, TJ started his journey in Saskatchewan roadbuilding during a work term for the Coop program at Saskpolytech in 2017. TJ started as an assistant on the survey team on a major highway reconstruction and now has transitioned into managing and helping manage several projects through the years from preliminary survey, geotechnical investigations, quality assurance and lead surveyor. TJ continues to be a road and transportation field engineer technologist on various projects in the province while growing his knowledge in a field he has passion for.
Allison Kruger
Transportation Engineer- In- Training

Allison has been working in the transportation sector in Saskatchewan for the entirety of her career. Since graduating in 2019 with a Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Saskatchewan, she has been involved in the design, project management, field assessment, and construction management of several major projects within Saskatchewan. Allison was born and raised in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, and is now based in Saskatoon.

Cyprian has recently transitioned into the transportation industry. His interest for the creativity involved in geometric roadway design attracted him to the position of Design Technician at Soli Solutions. Born and raised in Regina, Cyprian was excited to work with a community focused local business
Aaron Konecsni
Transportation Engineer- In- Training

Hailing from Southey Saskatchewan, Aaron was raised on the very infrastructure he now wants to give back to. His interest in road construction began as a summer student in 2015 working on a Ministry of Highways project. Since then, he has been a part of many Ministry projects and is currently a Transportation Engineer-in-Training. His focus is on construction administration, specifically site supervision
